The Ladies Auxiliary also received National Home for Children, Political Action Committee, Buddy Poppy Program, Membership, and Early Bird certificates. The Auxiliary received a citation for "Outstanding Community Service Volunteer News Article" for Charlotteville's The Daily Progress' story about Walter Reed soldiers coming for brunch at the Post.

A VFW National citation was presented to J. Gary Wagner for his work at the Department level as Americanism Chairman.
