(Photo by Stan Dixon, Sterling Post 9478) 2003-2004 Ladies Auxiliary President Jodie LaFreniere-Dajc accepts the Ladies Auxiliary Banner from National Representative, National Chaplain Linda Meader during the Department Convention. The Banner is presented to Ladies Auxiliaries in the state, which meet all prescribed requirements during the year.

John Lyon Post and Ladies Auxiliary received the first place Community Activities Award in the Department.

The 3150 Ladies Auxiliary's Buddy Poppy display won the second place ribbon (hanging from the butterfly) in the artistic category at the Department Convention in Richmond. The three figures are made from painted poppies, while the dove carries an original Buddy Poppy in its beak. Cathy Kerns (Ladies Auxiliary 3150) holds her plaque aloft in elation after receiving the Outstanding District President Award for her work with the Tenth District during the year.
