| Commander Greg Moscater (right) presents a replacement All American Commander certificate to Past Commander Eugene D. Miller, III during the October 2005 Post meeting. The original certificate had been lost, and VFW National Headquarters provided a replacement. Miller – and Post 3150 – were named "All American" for the year 1990-1991. This is the highest award a Post can receive, and this was the only time John Lyon has been so honored. |
