| 2002-2003 Commander Richard Hoffman pauses with hungry and anxious-to-cut-the-cake students during D.A.R.E (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) program ceremonies. Twenty-one essays, the best from Arlington elementary schools, were judged by a panel of John Lyon members, and the top five were honored during these ceremonies, also attended by Officers Green and Ohr, instructors in the program. The winners are Perry Fennel (1st place), Seth Waxman (HM), Teresa Rubinger (3rd), Ana Pinto (2nd), and Maggy Ambrose (HM). |
